Master Electricians invites you and your family to the 2018 National Master Electricians’ Conference, to be held in glorious Hobart from 21-25 September 2018. 

Hobart offers a contrasting blend of heritage, scenery and culture, with a great activities and attractions nearby. Hobart is Tasmania's capital city and the second oldest capital in Australia, after Sydney. With its captivating history, picturesque waterways, rugged mountains and gourmet experiences, Hobart has something for everyone.

Prices are valid for Master Electricians Conference bookings only. You must be a current financial member of Master Electricians Australia (MEA) to attend this conference or have prior approval from Master Electricians Australia.

Sales period
Valid for sale until 31 August 2018, unless otherwise stated, withdrawn or sold out prior.

General Conditions
- Passes include four nights' accommodation and all standard activities listed in the program.
- Prices are based on twin share or double occupancy rooms, with Partners and Rugrats sharing a standard Delegate room. If a larger room is required to accommodate families, additional charges will apply and be payable by the Delegate.
- A standard room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
- If a alternative room is required, the additional charges will be advised.
- Connecting / adjoining rooms available, subject to availability. 
- Prices exclude airfares and transfers.
- 0-3 years - no cost; 3-17 years - Rugrats pass charges apply.

Payment
- To secure Early Bird Pricing, bookings must be paid a) $500 upon booking b) balance by 30 April 2018.
- To secure the New Member Credit, members must join between 1 September 2017 and 30 June 2018. Minimum membership period is 12 months.

Alterations to the program, cancellation or postponement of the conference/event
MEA reserves the right to make alterations to the arrangements of conference/event as published, either before or during the conference/event.
Liability will be limited to the registration fee paid by the delegate.
Delegates are encouraged to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in the event of a cancellation.
In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, for the conference/event to be postponed or the dates changed, MEA shall not be liable for expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. 

Booking Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to events@masterelectricians.com.au.
If a cancellation notice is received prior to 30 April 2018, a refund will be processed less an administration fee of $150 per pass plus supplier cancellation fees.
If a cancellation notice is received prior to 10 July 2018, a refund will be processed less 50% of the total delegate fee plus supplier cancellation fees.
If a cancellation notice is received after 28 July 2018, no refund will be given for delegate registrations plus you will be required to pay any supplier cancellation fees.
We strongly advise that individuals purchase Travel Insurance.

Ride with Robbie
All delegates participating in the Ride with Robbie must have a good level of fitness; experience road riding; and have a mechanically sound bike.  Before riding, each rider MUST complete and sign a waiver to acknowledge that bike riding is a potentially dangerous activity, which has inherent risks and may result in personal injury, risk, danger and the possibility of injury and harm.
