SafetyConnect provides a comprehensive safety management system designed to help busy contractors effectively manage and meet their obligations under State and Federal Legislation. As our client numbers continue to grow and with the expansion of the Master Electricians Program, we are looking new facilitators to satisfy increasing demand. Cultural change is one of the biggest challenges we face when addressing safety in the electrical industry. So, we are seeking facilitators who are motivated and committed to driving this change.

Your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating staff inductions
Performing onsite audits
Monitoring and reporting on progress and compliance
Delivering safety meetings
Assisting members to maintain their SafetyConnect records
Maintaining knowledge of current electrical industry legislation

Requirements:

Must have relevant trade qualification
Must be an experienced electrical worker
Should hold or be willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Training in the Workplace and Assessment.
Must have excellent communication, public speaking and delivery skills
Must be contracted to SafetyConnect Australia
