Nine Victorians dead at work in 24 days
The incident happened around 2pm at Gellibrand. WorkSafe has sent inspectors and investigators to the scene near the Colac-Lavers Hill Rd.
It’s Victoria’s second work-related death this week and follows a fatal acetylene gas explosion outside a Mulgrave house on Monday.
This week’s fatalities are on top of a number of life threatening major incidents and three other fatalities this month. Nine Victorians have died at work since 21 November.
