Rugrat and teen programs

The rugrat pass is designed for children aged 12 years and younger. The teenage pass (same price as the full delegate ticket) is for the older kids, age 13 to 16 years, and features plenty of activities to keep them entertained while you’re attending the Conference.

Programs for both rugrats and teenagers will be offered during the three daily business sessions from 8.00am to 12.00 noon and for the two dinners on Saturday 26 and Monday 28 September from 5.30pm to 10.30pm.

    General

    • Passes include all core activities listed in the program.
      *Accommodation is NOT included in the pass cost.
    • Standard hotel room prices are based on twin share or double occupancy, a maximum of 2 guests per room. If a larger room is required, additional charges will apply. Please contact events@masterelectricians.com.au to discuss your requirements.
    • Connecting / adjoining rooms available, subject to availability.
    • Prices includes transfers.
    • Prices exclude airfares.
    • Pricing
      • 0-3 years – no cost.
      • 4-12 years – Rugrats pass charges apply.
      • 13+ will require a full partner pass, as charged by the hotel at adult rates.

    Note: All conference passes and accommodation must be paid in full by 30 June 2020. Passes and accommodation purchased on Conference Special rate must be paid in full by 31 December 2019.

    Indemnification

    All attendees indemnify MEA, its staff and any/all others from any loss or damage arising from their actions.

    Alterations to the program, cancellation or postponement of the conference/event

    Conference Program and pricing are subject to change. MEA reserves the right to make alterations to the arrangements of conference/event as published, either before or during the conference/event. Liability will be limited to the registration fee paid by the delegate. Delegates are encouraged to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in the event of a cancellation. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, for the conference/event to be postponed or the dates changed, MEA shall not be liable for expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.

    Booking Cancellations

    Cancellations must be notified in writing to events@masterelectricians.com.au.

    If a cancellation notice is received prior to 31 March 2020, a refund will be processed less an administration fee of $150 + GST per pass plus any applicable supplier cancellation fees.

    If a cancellation is received after 31 March 2020 and before 30 June 2020, a 50% refund will be processed, less any supplier cancellation fees.

    If a cancellation notice is received after 30 June 2020, no refund will be given for delegate registrations plus you will be required to pay any supplier cancellation fees.

    We strongly advise that individuals purchase Travel Insurance.

Accommodation Options

The conference venue is Rydges Lakeland Resort, and accommodation is available at the venue or properties next door - QT Queenstown or Hotel St. Moritz Queenstown.
