With a combination of online learning and one-to-one interactions with a dedicated Master Program buddy, you’ll learn strategies and receive well-informed advice to set your business up for long term success.

Your Master Program Journey
The Master Program is a two-year learning pathway. Each month you’ll learn about processes, procedures and systems and receive essential tools to enable you to take your business to the next level.
On successful completion of all year one activities and a 12-month audit, you’ll progress to a Silver Master Electrician. Plus, on successful completion of all year two activities and a quality and safety assessment, you’ll become a Gold Master Electrician* – the pinnacle of achievement within the industry.
*to remain a Gold Master Electrician, you are required to enrol in the Advantage Program on completion of the Master Program and undertake the quality and safety assessments annually.
