Important Updates for WEX Motorpass Roadside Assistance

Please be advised that WEX will no longer offer WEX Motorpass Roadside Assistance, serviced by Allianz, after 12 April 2019.
  • What does this mean for you?

    Your WEX Motorpass Roadside Assistance, serviced by Allianz, will remain active until 12 April 2019. The vehicles you have registered for roadside assistance remain covered until this date.

    You will still be able to request emergency roadside assistance and also add, update and remove vehicles you have registered with WEX Motorpass Roadside Assistance.

    Once the WEX Motorpass Roadside Assistance program closes, any outstanding balance you have paid for this service will be credited to your WEX Account.

  • Are you interested in keeping a roadside assistance service on your vehicles?

    WEX has recently launched a new program called WEX Roadside Assistance which is serviced by NRMA. This service includes:

    • 24-hour national roadside assistance
    • Towing
    • Provision of sufficient emergency fuel (if required)
    • Assistance changing a flat tyre

    We are pleased to offer this service to you for $75 (excl. GST) per passenger vehicle for the first 12 months upon registration before 29 March 2019. After the 12 months, the price for this service will revert to the standard price of $99 (excl. GST) per year, per passenger vehicle. Please note, a passenger vehicle is defined as between 0 to 3.5 tonnes in weight.

    The price for a light commercial vehicle (3.5 to 12 tonnes) is $249 (excl. GST) per year, per vehicle.

    WEX Roadside Assistance Terms and Conditions apply and this service is available to business customers only. Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure the product suits your needs.

    If you wish to transition to the WEX Roadside Assistance program (serviced by NRMA), please undertake the following actions:

    1. Review and complete the attached documents which details the vehicles you currently have registered with WEX Motorpass Roadside Assistance (serviced by Allianz).
    2. Please ensure you complete the mandatory columns for each vehicle you wish to register for WEX Roadside Assistance. These columns are titled ‘New Vehicle Registration’ and ‘Vehicle License State’
    3. Complete and sign the document “Application Form” which includes ticking the Terms and Conditions acceptance box
    4. Please send the completed documents back to us via email at enquiries@wexaustralia.com
  • When will your WEX Roadside Assistance (serviced by NRMA) membership become active?

    Your WEX Roadside Assistance membership will become active on 12 April 2019. A confirmation letter will be posted to you in the mail.
