Promoted in partnership with TAFE Queensland

Master Electricians Australia is sharing the following training opportunity on behalf of TAFE Queensland to support skills development across the electrical industry in Queensland.

A range of free and low-cost micro-credentials are now available through TAFE Queensland’s XR Hubs and affiliated providers. These short courses cover a wide range of topics including automation, digital technology, safety, and inclusiveness, and are designed to help workers and contractors upskill in key areas relevant to today’s evolving electrical landscape.

About the Program

Training is delivered through interactive, online modules, with some courses using immersive extended reality (XR) technology. These include virtual simulations of electrical safety procedures—such as lock out/tag out—to provide learners with realistic, scenario-based learning experiences.

Platforms used in course delivery include Next World, Real Serious Games, Motion Curve, Tailspin, and Jig Space.
