Victorian Solar for Apartments Program – Round 3 Now Open  

Applications are now open for Round 3 of the Victorian Government's Solar for Apartments Program, helping apartment residents across the state benefit from clean, affordable energy. 

Eligible owners corporations, with up to 50 occupiable lots, can apply for funding to install shared rooftop solar systems.  A total of 5,000 rebates are available, valued at up to $2,800 per household or $140,000 per building. 

Applications close 5PM Thursday 30 April 2026.
