The Victorian Government has introduced the Restricting Non-Disclosure Agreements (Sexual Harassment at Work) Bill 2025, which aims to prohibit the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in workplace sexual harassment matters unless specifically requested by the complainant.
