The NSW Government has proposed new laws requiring Persons Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBUs) to ensure that digital surveillance tools are not used in ways that create unsafe workloads, enable unreasonable performance monitoring, result in excessive surveillance, or contribute to discriminatory work allocation.
