About Just One Thing
Just One Thing Initiative Inc. was established to continue the legacy of Chris Lehmann—a long-time Master Electricians Australia member, Board Director and passionate advocate for the electrical industry.
Chris believed that meaningful change doesn’t happen because of one extraordinary act. It happens when ordinary people choose to contribute in small but meaningful ways.
Whether that’s mentoring an apprentice, supporting another business owner, sharing hard-earned experience or simply checking in on someone doing it tough, every contribution creates a ripple effect.
Founded as a not-for-profit organisation, Just One Thing Initiative exists to strengthen people, industries and communities through connection, mentoring, shared knowledge and generosity of spirit.
We’re proud to partner with Master Electricians Australia to bring this philosophy to life through practical initiatives that support the long-term sustainability of the electrical industry.
Powered by Experience
Our first initiative, Powered by Experience, is a structured mentoring program designed specifically for electrical business owners.
The program connects experienced business leaders with business owners who are ready to strengthen their businesses through practical advice, accountability and lived experience.
Over twelve months, participants are supported through:
• One-on-one mentoring
• Advocate support
• Group learning sessions led by Subject Matter Experts
• Practical tools and resources
• A community committed to helping each other succeed
