Please provide evidence of procedures that have been implemented to identify and document the following;
compliance to scope &/or drawings (i.e. do you have a process to check that the works have been completed, fully and correctly?)
variations (i.e. Do you have a formal process to document variations and reflect these changes to the workers and customer?)
inspection and testing of electrical work (e.g. process to identify unterminated live cable?)
Evidence may include,
documented procedure confirming compliance of scope at completion of works
documented procedure confirming alterations to scope be noted and recorded
visual testing procedure and example of completed visual inspection form.(minimum three examples dated over a three month period)
as-built documents that clearly identify changes or variations to original scope
