Evidence Submission – Documentation – Test Records – ap2024

Please provide evidence that test records meet the following requirements;

Records of test are;

1. completed for each job
2. include test values,
3. are stored to ensure that they are readily accessible, if required.

Evidence will include,

1. documented procedure confirming that testing is completed for each job, includes test values and is stored correctly
2. examples of test records (minimum three examples dated over a three month period)
3. screenshot, or similar, showing how test records are stored.
