MEA’s CEO attended The Queensland XR Hub Manufacturing & Construction Showcase and chaired the panel session discussing “XR and Industrial Transformation: What’s Hype, What’s Real, What’s Next?”

This event highlighted the fact the technology is here, so now is the time to train the workforce, implement digitised product conformance data & traceability, value the importance of BIM & digital twins to support the digital thread. We should also incorporate AR & VR in training and on site where possible to achieve greater accuracy & increased productivity.
