Master Electricians Silver & Gold – Now an Official Trademark

We are pleased to announce that the Master Electricians Silver & Gold logos have achieved official trademark status, strengthening its position as a mark of excellence.

  • Enhanced Credibility: The trademark offers your business added credibility, signaling to customers that your business meets a higher industry standard.
  • Legal Protection: Trademark status ensures that only eligible members can use the Gold logo, safeguarding its integrity and reputation.
  • Customer Confidence: Membership provides assurance to customers that they are working with a trusted and certified professional.
Certification and Compliance Requirements

To maintain your Gold* or Silver status, the following criteria must be met (* where gold status is obtained via tenure) :

  • Active Financial Membership: Membership dues must be up-to-date.
  • Safety Systems: Your business should actively apply safety systems and procedures.
  • Adherence to Codes of Conduct: Compliance with Master Electricians’ code of ethics and conduct is essential.
  • Periodic Assessment: Membership status is verified through assessments every 1-3 years.
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD): All members must complete a minimum of 12 CPD points annually, demonstrating ongoing professional growth and compliance.
