South Australia has introduced a national first: a legal obligation for certain building owners to install Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
While this change is unlikely to affect many of our members, we encourage you to review the requirements to ensure they do not apply to your premises.
All entities subject to the new laws must ensure AEDs are installed by 1 January 2026.
