Master Electricians Australia today welcomed the Federal Government's commitment to fund the installation of safety switches for homes where foil insulation has been installed, or pay for the removal of the foil.

Master Electricians Australia today welcomed the Queensland Government's announcement that it would mandate safety switches for all circuits in homes where foil installation is being installed.

Homeowners with foil insulation installed under the federal rebate scheme can now register for their government-funded safety inspection.
